The hotel offers clean, modern rooms with a nice view of Vitosha. The staff at reception and the bar were excellent. The deluxe studio room was spacious and suitable for families. The bathroom had a lovely shower and the bed and bedding were nice. The mini bar had a variety of drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The spa facilities, including saunas, steam room, and hot tub, were amazing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options including meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, bacon, sausage.
Felt most welcome, nothing to complain about.

Nice spa and pool facilities, very clean and great value for the price. Good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
Rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the carpets, windows, and doors. The condition of the bed mattresses was poor and uncomfortable, with visible metal springs.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent heating that we could adjust according to our preference. Room service was available and the staff were accommodating with our requests. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including car hire, laundry service and airport shuttle. Additionally, we enjoyed the spa facilities with different types of sauna, swimming pool, as well as facial and massage treatments. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to assist us with our requests.

The staff were friendly and helpful, comfortable room, choice of rooms, shower and corner bath in bathroom, toiletries and clean towels provided daily, small fridge in room.

During my recent stay at Earth And People Hotel & Spa, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, giving me a sense of comfort throughout my stay.
